AN EXTERNAL BRAIN FOR YOUR DIGITAL LIFE
You know that Stripe account from the LLC you barely use anymore? Or the domain whose renewal email goes to an inbox you stopped checking in 2023? That's what this is for. Memora keeps the list of stuff you've signed up for so you can stop trying to remember it. It doesn't touch passwords — use 1Password for that.
PRODUCT DEMO
HOW IT FILLS ITSELF
Memora reads Apple Mail. It's looking for the receipts, signup confirmations, and "your card on file expired" notices that pile up over the years. Gmail support is being wired up.
Ollama runs on your Mac and does the actual reading. It pulls the service name out of the email, figures out which of your companies is on the hook for it, and guesses what you're paying. The email never leaves your laptop.
You get suggestions with a confidence score and a link to the original email. Approve them, edit them, ignore them. Memora handles the favicon and the URL metadata while you decide.
LESS TO REMEMBER
Point Memora at Apple Mail and walk away. It works through years of receipts and signup emails, hands each one to a local LLM running on your Mac, and comes back with a list of accounts you can scan in a sitting. The favicon and URL metadata fill themselves in. Gmail support is next.
Color-coded companies with emoji icons. Group accounts by organization so you stop confusing which Stripe belongs to which LLC.
Cmd+K to find any account, company, or tag instantly. Deep links to admin panels, billing pages, support portals. One keystroke away.
Ask natural questions: "Show me all Twitter accounts" or "What controls Site B?" Powered by Ollama -- runs entirely on your machine.
Costs, renewal dates, billing cadence -- all in one place. You'll actually know when that $299/yr domain auto-renews.
Grid and list views for all your accounts. Stats bar shows health scores and upcoming renewals. You open the app and know where things stand.
10 built-in categories like Hosting, Analytics, Payment, SEO. Add your own tags on top. Filter by any combination to find exactly what you need.
SECURITY
Everything stays on your Mac. There's no cloud sync and no telemetry. The list of accounts sits in a local SQLite database, protected by FileVault and the macOS app sandbox. The AI that reads your inbox runs locally through Ollama.
One thing this app isn't: a password manager. Memora knows what you've signed up for. It doesn't know how to log in, and it doesn't want to. Keep using 1Password for that. The only thing in Keychain is the OAuth token Memora needs to read your Gmail — and only if you turn that on.
UNDER THE HOOD
macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Local-first, private by design.
